OBJECTIVE

SocialCode’s Audience Intelligence Platform (AIP) is an industry leading technology that drives a brand’s growth across the social, mobile, and digital marketing universe. Combining customer data, insights, and measurement, AIP enables brands to prospect and acquire their highest value customers with their targeted social media advertising.

As a leading customer analytics company, AIP allowed our clients to upload their customer data, and create segmented audiences to target on social media platforms. However, this process was unwieldy and did not provide the complex insights required by the marketing/data analyst in an intuitive, visual interface.

 

RESULTS

Overview Dashboard 
A new landing page was developed that displays a high-level overview of the client’s total customer population, including customer composition, sales activity, and Facebook performance. The visual, interactive representation of data is presented in a customizable, modular design. The dashboard encourages the user to make relevant insights actionable by comparing and segmenting audiences.

Analyst Workspace
A new workspace for the data/marketing analyst was created that allows the user to compare and contrast audiences based on multiple data points. Overlap comparisons were implemented to quickly and easily compare any audience against a benchmark based on customized attributes.
